Crafted by master potter Yamaaki from unglazed stoneware, this vase from Tokoname features a round lotus-flower shape, characterised by a soft, gently undulating profile that evokes traditional organic motifs.
The external dimensions are Ø 46.5 x H 9.5 cm, whilst the internal dimensions measure Ø 38.5 x H 7 cm. The base features five holes, essential for ensuring proper drainage and promoting the health of the root system.
The pot bears the master’s stamp on the back, a testament to the craftsmanship and ceramic tradition of Tokoname.
