Osteomeles bonsai, an elegant evergreen essence prized in the bonsai world for its fine vegetation, compact branching and small, bright green oval leaves. In spring it gives a delicate, light and refined white flowering, followed by small decorative berries that further enhance its ornamental charm. Note the interesting development of the trunk base and the natural movement of trunk and branching in this specimen. The bonsai is grown in an oval green enamelled pot whose soft shape harmonises with the informal refinement of the bonsai.
