DESCRIPTION

This bonsai of Pseudocydonia chinensis (Quince), belonging to the deciduous fruiting variety, is characterised by leathery leaves and elongated apple-shaped fruit, the color of which changes from green to golden yellow when ripe. The spring flowers are pinkish white, with a delicate, fragrant appearance. The deep green foliage turns orange-yellow in autumn and sheds its leaves in winter. The rectangular pot with rounded corners in green glazed stoneware, enhances the contrast with the warm colors of the foliage and gives balance to the whole.
