Pyracantha - 27 cm
Pyracantha bonsai characterised by its height without pot of 20 cm, trunk size of 1.5-2 cm and nebari of 11 cm. The plant is grown in a cloud-shaped stoneware pot whose dimensions are 18x16xH7 cm.
Bonsai shohin of Pyracantha, a fruiting evergreen, prized for its white spring flowering and production of bright orange berries in autumn-winter. The bonsai is grown in a stump style: the gnarled trunks create a light foliage and recall a natural landscape. Cultivated in a cloud-shaped pot made of creamy-white glazed stoneware, it encloses a colour balance that emphasises the deep green foliage and orange berries that will sprout in the following months.
Grow bonsai outdoors all year round in full sun, taking care to place it in a sheltered spot during the colder months and in partial shade during the warmer months.
Always respect the dry and wet cycles: whenever the soil feels dry to the touch, water abundantly. Then wait for the soil to dry before watering again in the same way.
