DESCRIPTION

Pyracantha shohin bonsai, an evergreen fruit bonsai, prized for its white spring flowering and production of bright orange berries in autumn-winter. The bonsai is grown in a formal upright style: note the studied triangularity of the foliage, which gives robustness and strength to the plant's development. Cultivated in an oval pot of dark blue enamelled stoneware, it encloses a colour balance that emphasises the deep green foliage and orange berries that will sprout in the following months.

Watering

Always respect the dry and wet cycles: whenever the soil feels dry to the touch, water abundantly. Then wait for the soil to dry before watering again in the same way.
