Bonsai of Ligustrum bonsai (privet), evergreen indoor, is prized for its robustness, versatility and ease of cultivation. It is distinguished by its small oval green leaves, which form a compact and harmonious foliage that enhances every detail of the structure. During late spring and early summer it produces small white flowers in panicles with a delicate but intense fragrance. Followed in autumn by small dark berries (black or purplish). It has a broom style (Hokidachi) with a well-developed and well-proportioned trunk, supporting an orderly branching. Cultivated in a rectangular green glazed stoneware pot, creates a chromatic continuity with the hair and gives the overall look a balanced and harmoniously structured appearance.
