This working plant of Malus JFS Ivory Spear (apple tree) belonging to the deciduous fruiting variety is prized for its pinkish-white spring flowering and subsequent production of small ornamental fruits, which turn from yellow to bright cherry red when ripe. The foliage turns orange-yellow in autumn and sheds its leaves in winter. It is grown in a round black plastic pot.
