Working plant of Tilia platyphyllos, commonly known as linden tree or large-leaved linden tree, a deciduous species prized for its natural elegance and harmonious, vigorous foliage. In spring and summer, it develops large, heart-shaped and slightly toothed leaves of a bright green colour. With the arrival of autumn, the foliage changes to warm golden yellow shades, providing a very striking colour spectacle, and it sheds its leaves in winter. This species also produces small, creamy-yellow fragrant flowers, which generally appear between June and July. The flowers are grouped in pendulous inflorescences and are also highly valued for their delicate scent. After flowering, small spherical fruits develop that ripen towards the end of summer. It is a growing and shaping plant. Cultivated in a round black plastic pot.
