DESCRIPTION

A Carpinus orientalis (hornbeam) bonsai, of the deciduous variety, is prized for its delicate branching and finely serrated leaves. The foliage is a vibrant, bright green in spring and summer, turning from golden yellow to brownish orange in autumn, and becoming bare in winter, giving it a very decorative appearance. Its structure develops with a gentle slope along the trunk in a harmonious and natural way; the well-spaced branches branch out in a balanced manner, creating a structure that lends balance and depth to the whole. It is grown in a rectangular dark brown-black plastic pot, which showcases the trunk and foliage whilst offering practicality, lightness and durability for optimal cultivation.
