Wisteria Floribunda - Wisteria - 70 cm
Wisteria bonsai characterized by a height without pot of 57 cm, and a trunk size of 3,5 cm. The plant is grown in a round glazed stoneware pot whose dimensions are Ø20.5xH13 cm.
Bonsai of Wisteria floribunda, a deciduous flowering species, known for its spectacular spring flowering. In spring it produces the characteristic flower buds, which develop before or at the same time as the leaves. Flowering is the most spectacular moment: long, pendulous racemes of fragrant, violet-lilac flowers create an elegant, light effect. The green leaves gradually open up, accompanying the flowering without ever overpowering it. During the summer, after flowering, the vegetation thickens to form a fuller foliage, while in the autumn the leaves turn yellow before falling, leaving the bare structure of the bonsai again in evidence. It has a slightly inclined trunk, giving movement to the composition. Cultivated in a round blue glazed stoneware pot, which contrasts elegantly with the shades of the foliage and recalls the flowering tones.
