Malus courtarou coccinella - Apple Tree - 51 cm
Apple tree bonsai characterized by a height without pot of 43 cm, trunk size of 3 cm, and nebari of 7,5 cm. The plant is grown in a rectangular glazed stoneware pot measuring 23,5x15xH8 cm.

This Malus courtarou coccinella (apple tree) bonsai, belonging to the deciduous fruit variety, is appreciated for its pinkish-white spring blossoms and subsequent production of small apples, which turn from green-yellow to red when ripe, giving character to the tree. The foliage turns orange-yellow in autumn and sheds in winter. The rectangular blue glazed stoneware pot contrasts elegantly with the intense green of the foliage. The sinuous trunk lends naturalness and balance.

Grow bonsai outdoors in full sun all year round, taking care to place it in a sheltered spot during the colder months and in partial shade during the warmer months.
Always respect the dry and wet cycles: whenever the soil feels dry to the touch, water thoroughly. Then wait for the soil to dry before watering again in the same way.

Fertilize from spring to fall, avoiding the hottest months of July/August; it is best to fertilize at the end of flowering and after pruning, using an organic, liquid, or solid fertilizer.

Repot young specimens every year, and mature ones every two years. Either at the beginning of autumn, so that you can enjoy the flowering the following year, or in spring, before the growing season begins, but then you will have to forego the fruit for that year.
