Fruit bonsai

Just like in nature, bonsai also produce fruit, if their species allows it. Contrary to what one might think, the fruit does not reduce in size in relation to the plant, but grows just as it would in nature. The fruit of the Pseduocydonia (Medlar), for example, grows very large on the canopy: to prevent it from taking too much energy and weighing excessively on the plant, the fruit is removed and placed next to the pot, in a decorative manner. The apple trees we offer, on the other hand, are of a specific variety that also produces small fruits in nature.
