Nandina - 70 cm
Nandina bonsai characterized by a height without pot of 62 cm, and a trunk size of 2 cm. The plant is grown in an oval glazed stoneware pot whose dimensions are 26x21xH8 cm.
The Nandina bonsai, also known as "sacred bamboo", is a highly decorative evergreen fruiting variety that is beautiful in every season. It is characterised by green foliage that turns orange-red in autumn, creating a very striking visual effect. In spring, between April and May, it is prized for its small, delicate and fragrant white clusters of flowers. In autumn and winter the plant is adorned with numerous decorative and long-lasting red berries, which enhance its seasonal charm and also make it perfect as an ornamental bonsai tree. Shaped in forest style (Yose-ue), it consists of several plants with trunks of different heights that give depth, balance and harmony. Cultivated in an oval beige glazed stoneware pot, it creates a beautiful contrast with the bright green of the leaves and the bright red of the berries.
Grow bonsai outdoors all year round in full sun, taking care to place it in a sheltered spot during the colder months and in partial shade during the warmer months.
Always respect the dry and wet cycles: whenever the soil feels dry to the touch, water abundantly. Then wait for the soil to dry before watering again in the same way.
