Acer palmatum viridis - Maple - 60 cm
Maple bonsai characterized by a height without pot of 55 cm, and trunk size ranging from 0,5 to 2 cm. The plant is grown in an oval glazed stoneware pot measuring 34x22xH5 cm.
This bonsai of Acer palmatum viridis (maple) is a deciduous species, prized for its exquisite foliage that changes color as the seasons progress, turning from deep green to orange-yellow shades and deep red in autumn, until the bonsai tree sheds its leaves in winter. Cultivated in forest style (Yose-ue), it has several harmoniously arranged trunks that create a natural, balanced effect. The oval beige glazed stoneware pot complete the bonsai by enhancing the beauty of the plant, providing balance and refinement.
Protect the foliage from the intense summer sun, while exposing it to the sun in autumn to intensify the color of the leaves. In winter, it is best to protect the root system from frost, especially when grown in very shallow pots or with exposed roots.
Always respect the dry and wet cycles: whenever the soil feels dry to the touch, water abundantly. Then wait for the soil to dry before watering again in the same way.
