Malus Domestica - Apple Tree - 32 cm
Apple bonsai characterized by a height without pot of 26 cm, and a trunk size of 2 cm. The plant is grown in a rectangular glazed stoneware pot whose dimensions are 15x11xH6 cm.

This bonsai of Malus Domestica (apple tree) belonging to the deciduous fruiting variety, is prized for its pinkish-white spring blossom and subsequent production of small apples, which turn from yellow-green to red when ripe, giving character to the tree. The foliage turns orange-yellow in autumn and sheds its leaves in winter. The rectangular dark blue glazed stoneware pot contrasts elegantly with the deep green foliage.

Grow bonsai outdoors in full sun all year round, taking care to place it in a sheltered spot during the colder months and in partial shade during the warmer months.
Always respect the dry and wet cycles: whenever the soil feels dry to the touch, water thoroughly. Then wait for the soil to dry before watering again in the same way.

Fertilize from spring to fall, avoiding the hottest months of July/August; it is best to fertilize at the end of flowering and after pruning, using an organic, liquid, or solid fertilizer.

Repot young specimens every year, and mature ones every two years. Either at the beginning of autumn, so that you can enjoy the flowering the following year, or in spring, before the growing season begins, but then you will have to forego the fruit for that year.
